ONLINE SALES CONDITIONS

The website displays only a selection of pieces. If you wish place an order including different style or piece, please do not hesitate to contact E RT at: info@ertstudio.com.

PURCHASING

The photographs presented reproduce the products as faithfully as possible, however they don’t have contractual value. The customer is advised to read the product’s description and the size guide. Most styles are unisex.

Please do not hesitate to contact us, we are glad to provide any addition information.

Orders are usually processed within 1-5 days from the purchase.

In the case the item you ordered is out of stock, we will send you an email.

The prices are indicated in Euro including VAT.

SHIPPING

We ship domestically (Italy) and internationally (EU and Extra-EU).

Shipping costs are non-refundable and are not included in the product price. Shipping costs are caluculated at the checkout.

Our default shipping method is Italian post, with delivery confirmation. Every shipment can be insured. If you have another preferencial shipping method, please send us an email at eshop@ertstudio.com.

For orders over 1000 Euro the shipping is included.

ADDRESS

The orders are delivered to the address given by the customer at the checkout. The customer can have the product delivered to a different address than the billing address.

Please verify that your address is correct.

RETURN POLICY

If you change your mind, or you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, we can offer a refund.

All products can be returned at the following conditions:

1. Notify us via email about your return needs within 7 working days of receiving the shipment.

2. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of notification, together with a proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

3. Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused, with all original tags/labels attached.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and we check that the conditions are met, the purchase price and the standard shipping costs will be refunded to you using the original payment method.
